Bleeding heart liberal stuff
How did "Liberal" get to be a dirty word? Perhaps it
started in the 18th century when liberals opposed the witch trials.
Anyway, I'm
one. Here are some of my liberal ideas:
Those who designed our government had in mind that the majority
should govern, but not at the expense of the minority. For more

Those who designed our government worked to insure that it
would not get too powerful for us to control. What they did not
expect is that big companies would become more powerful than
government.
FDR said: "The liberty of a
democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of
private power to a point where it becomes stronger than
their democratic State itself."

choice: We can build schools or we can build prisons.
